Looking for a programmable dimmer light switch for my front porch, that I can program the the dimmable feature. For example, light comes on at dusk (100 % intensity); at 11 PM, goes to 20% intensity, back to to 100% at 6 AM and then off at sunrise.

This is achievable with a Smart Bulb. Just set the schedule in the bulbs app.
Repenic’s universal dimmer switch is a good choice
